The Holy Qur’an  Latest Version, The Revelation . . . Sound, Search, and Recitation Rules

Quran Logo Sakhr has utilized Multimedia techniques in developing
the Holy Qur’an program. This program features a display
of the entire Qur’an text in Ottoman Calligraphy, slow
rhythmic recitation of the Holy Qur’an and information
features such as: explanation of difficult terms and tafsir
[interpretation] of the Holy Qur’an by Al-Qurtubi, Al-Tabari,
Ibn Kathir and Al-Jalalain along with the possibility of
comparing the different tafsirs of every single verse. In
addition, the program provides translations of the meanings
of the Holy Qur’an into English, Malay, Indonesian, Turkish,
French and German. The user can access the program in
any of these languages.
Qur'an, Islamic Holy book The Holy Qur’an program presents an audiovisual display
and animation of points and manner of articulation. Proper
pronunciation of each sound is given ample explanation
and demonstration.
Holy Qur'an The program provides extensive search facilities using Sakhr
technology in computational linguistics. Most importantly is
the morphological analysis of words and sentences at various
levels. The user can search by a word, word derivatives, or at
the root level. Search by successive or separate words, whether
ordered or disordered. In addition, search in the Qur’an Subject
Tree which includes fourteen main topics. Each main topic is
divided into general topics and then sub-topics at six levels,
totaling 2000 juristic topics. Carry out all search modes in the
whole Qur’an text or in a selected scope. Moreover, the program
displays the entire Qur’an text in the Ottoman Calligraphy along
with the vowelization marks according to the sura index whether
Meccan or Medinan. The display can be controlled by the user’s
choice of the Qur’an order, revelation order or parts order.
Holy Qur'an, tafseer, recite, learn The program is remarkable for its use of practical explanations
of recitation rules (such as: Qalqalah degrees, types of
lengthening, etc.) supported by various Qur’anic examples with
the facility to listen to the proper articulation of each sound in
the recitation. Moreover, the program supplies an effective aid
for memorizing Qur’anic verses. The program enables the user
to listen to verses in his own voice. He can compare his
recordings with those of the recitation included in the program.
The program includes practice at three levels for the user to
evaluate his standard of memorization and comprehension of
recitation rules.
Islam's Holy Book The program provides useful information on the Holy Qur’an
(such as: prostration verses and famous authors of readings,
etc.). It also presents a library of books on the Qur’an studies,
their authors and publishers.
The Holy Qur’an program has been legally authenticated by
the Headquarters of Scholarly Research and Fatwa Bodies
in Riyadh and by Al-Azhar as well.
The program is available in English, Malay, Indonesian,
Turkish, French and German. The program works under any
version of Windows.
